Atashi no Haneby *Yume-ka

One of my favourite pictures <3 Sorry for the photospam of this costume. Might as well get it out of the way before I post Madoka pics

---Costume construction---

I completely remade the sleeves and panels and resewed all 90 bells with the triangles. The 20m gold 'piping' is self-made. Flowers on panels were handpainted on same cloth as skirt and then appliqued onto the panels and inner sleeves. There's a total of 5 layers to the skirt: hoopskirt, petticoat, ruffled dark pink, light pink and then the panels on top.

Ball was something I bought from the garden section which I painted and added the tassle. Feather was cut, painted, heated and bent into shape.
